Updating your new Flashpaq couldn’t be easier. Here’s how it works:

NOTE: Internet update is in agreement with all CARB requirements for downloadable products.

Step 1 - REGISTRATION

Complete the New User Registration Form. Superchips values your privacy and would never sell, distribute or use your information in an unauthorized fashion. We know there are alot of questions and we’re sorry about that. However, rest assured that all the information is being used to provide our customers with the best tuning products in the world. The more you provide, the more we will give back to you…

Please remember your user name and password. You will need that to log in each time.

STEP 2 - DOWNLOAD APPLICATION & INSTALL

After registration, you will be asked to download the Flashpaq Application. Save the setup file to your desktop. Once it has finished downloading, double click on the FpSetup icon to begin installation. Please follow all instuctions during installation.

STEP 3 - RUN APPLICATION

Once installed, Go to Start - Superchips - Flashpaq Tune-up. The application will launch and automatically check for the latest updates to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. When prompted, please plug your Flashpaq tuner into your computer using the USB cable provided in the box. You will then be asked for your username and password. Once verified, the application will then check for the latest calibration updates, and options for your vehicle.

NOTE: A USB cable is included with the unit so that it can be updated via the Internet to include the latest firmware and calibration files, in agreement with all CARB requirements for downloadable products.

STEP 4 - GET UPDATES AND UPGRADES

Now comes the fun part. Once logged in - The application will display your profile (from the information you entered) as well as any updates or upgrades which are available for your specific vehicle. You can either choose the Standard Update (which includes all of the latest OEM calibrations) or an available Upgrade. Don’t worry, all Upgrade packages include the standard update - so there is no need to do this twice. An example of an Upgrade package would be the new data acquisition package which is available for all the Flashpaq tuners.

STEP 5 - YOU'RE FINISHED

Now get out there and have some fun.

NOTE: Updating your Flashpaq with Superchips standard update allows for the most current vehicle OEM calibrations to be used on your vehicle’s on-board computer. It also ensures your Flashpaq is using the latest Firmware. Certified CARB tuning is not altered with a standard update.
